The point you become hoggish, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you lose all of your money. Seems a little absurd, but it seems to be factual. The only time I ever win money is when I don’t care about blowing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other evening with 20 dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, I mean, what is $20? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars profit in just 1 hour!
Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Matt. I took with me 100 dollars that I could not afford to squander. I got gluttonous, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson my friends is do not wager more than you are able to squander. If you do not worry about squandering, you have a lot more chance of winning big!
What other ways can you improve your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides creating a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they do not come up enough to guarantee a constant profit. Only bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st 12, 2nd dozen, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out fairly big.
With the basics reviewed, how else can we further elevate our odds of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our ally, instead of our opposition. "You can not win at Roulette", my buddy Bob would say to me. "It’s completely random due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my buddy Chris certainly has a point, however at the same time, he is missing an important part of the picture. I totally agree, red or black might hit thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
