The point you become greedy, and wish to get "lucky", is the point you give away all of your money. Sounds a little absurd, but it seems to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever win money is when I don’t panic about squandering it. I headed to the the casino last evening with $20 in cashin my pocket. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, I mean, what is $20? So can you imagine what happened? I left with $120 profit in just a few hours!
A different time I headed to the casino with my friend Bob. I took with me $100 that I could not afford to squander. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in thirty mins! The lesson is do not bet anymore than you can manage to squander. If you do not panic about squandering, you have a greater chance of profiting big!
What other ways can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they don’t come up enough to ensure a constant profit. Only wager on 1:1 wagers e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example first 12, 2nd dozen, 3rd 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively big.
With the basic facts covered, how else might we further boost our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, instead of our opposition. "You cannot be a winner at Roulette", my friend Charles would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary because any number could come up". Absolutely, my buddy Steve has a point, however at the same time, he is missing an important aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red possibly could come up 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
